I first met Morgan in the summer of 2015 when training at Synergy Fitness in Charlottetown Prince Edward Island. I've seen him gain valuable experience over the last 5 years and has many strengths when it comes to personal training and group training.


Morgan is a very competitive person who comes from a high level of Rugby. You can feel him pushing you to be your best and helping you strive for the goals you have set. Morgan is a sponge when it comes to learning about kinetics, new exercises, nutrition and learning about your personal strengths and weaknesses as an athlete. Morgan has the knowledge to train elite-level athletes. He can motivate you in many ways because he wants you at your best.


In addition, another great strength that many personal trainers/ team trainers lack is the ability to control a room when having a team of 20 players all working together; Morgan is able to explain drills well and fix technique issues on the spot."

"I’m a mother of three from Little Pond.  I’m by no means a professional athlete, and in fact, many would laugh at the idea of myself being identified as an athlete.  Especially by my daughters.  


I wanted though to be sure I was taking care of myself and living with diabetes I needed to show my girls that we can overcome health challenges, by changing our decisions.

The best decision I made was hiring Morgan, whose commitment to myself and my friend who trained together was rooted in care for our well being, professionalism, diverse knowledge in his field and flexibility; seen in his capacity to adjust our exercise plans so they fit us - two middle aged mothers who were not very physically active prior to training with him. 


He designed every session so that there was purpose in each activity while providing the support and encouragement that had us wanting to go every time. I am so grateful for what he was able to do for us, and currently, rooted in all he shared and taught me, I am training for a half-marathon later this year. 


Five years ago when I trained with Morgan, I never would have imagined that today I would be committed, passionate and, importantly, enjoying being active enough to set a goal like this. I will be forever grateful to Morgan and his ongoing encouragement and guidance.  I would strongly recommend Morgan to others regardless of your fitness level as he has proven to me, that every clients matters.
